Kitschmas Party Success & Holiday Roll-Out at VILM

Updated: Nov 11, 2019

I hope some of you had the chance to stop in to Billie Jean Vintage at 152 Battery St. for our pop-up Kitschmas party last night, it was a rocking-around-the-Christmas-tree good time! We had local cupcakes & cookies, Burlington beers & ciders, and of course the best vintage clothing and housewares this side of Lake Champlain!

Burlington is known for hosting tons of varying pop-up markets all around town these days - it's really the most fun way to see the freshest & latest finds from some of the best-curated collections. Shoppers last night not only got to tour the spanking-new airbnb above Billie Jean Vintage's shop, they had the chance at an early preview of my ever-expanding Christmas collection! I also brought some Pyrex & vintage glassware goodies, because we all have to entertain this season, too!

Just a few of Kitschy Business's holiday delights for sale...

We had the Bing Crosby cranked up for our holiday shindig! With the first snow of the season falling outside, the feeling was cozy & bright inside the newly-renovated, mid-century designed airbnb.

Guests shopped the retro aluminum Christmas tree, adorned with oodles of vintage ornaments from Kitschy Business!

We also unveiled our new line of Kitsch Kraft earrings, hand-crafted here in Burlington, VT! These durable, plastic & vinyl earrings come in a variety of bright, eye-catching designs including hot dogs, ketchup & mustard bottles, vintage Christmas ornaments, and even troll feet with REAL troll hair! We sold several pairs last night at the pop-up, but you can find all the designs (and forthcoming ones) for sale every day at Billie Jean Vintage, Vintage Inspired Lifestyle Marketplace, and 24/7 in our etsy shop, KitschKraftStudio. Check out our homemade display below which can be found at Vintage Inspired, 180 Flynn Ave.

Next up ---- the BIG HOLIDAY ROLL-OUT this week! Stay tuned for our next post to see pics of all our vintage Christmas goods at our giant booth in Burlington's largest multi-dealer vintage marketplace - VILM at 180 Flynn Ave.!

Much love to you all as we enter the kitschy holiday season - my favorite time of year! This Queen of Kitsch promises to bring you the best treasures around, all year-round...
